Reperio
Histocompatibility of organs is a major determinent of post transplant success and Reperio allows large data set analysis of recipient to donor organ matching. Using Reperio, a transplant center can examine their performance quality measures to improve donor to recipient organ matching.
Hibernicor developed a unique algorithm used in Reperio for unidirectional analysis of organ histocompatiblity. This software allows transplant centers, laboratories, and surgeons to independantly evaluate their organ allocation system’s efficacy to decrease the number of HLA mismatches.

Reperio is freeware and available for download as a Microsoft Access database. It is updated with the 2007 HLA antigen values and split equivalences from the United Network for Organ Sharing.
