Red Team
The purpose of the Red Team is to examine problems from the perspectives of the competition, with the goal of identifying alternative strategies and challenge planning assumptions to identify unforeseen risks.
Hibernicor’s Red Team leaders are experts in:
- Analyzing complex systems and problems from different perspectives to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Using concepts, theories, insights, tools and methodologies of cultural anthropology to predict other’s perceptions of our strengths and vulnerabilities.
- Applying critical and creative thinking to fully explore alternatives to plans, operations, concepts, organizations, and capabilities.
