“Hibernicor” is a registered service mark
03 March 2008Hibernicor recently filed an Allegation of Use with the Commisioner for Trademarks at the United States Patent and Trademark following publication of the mark (Hibernicor) in the Official Gazette on August 3rd, 2007. The company name received certification as a registered service mark on February, 12th, 2008 (Reg. No. 3,383,383).
